	...like having a member or your family or best friend... We reiterate what others have said about Steve. In our experience it was like having a member of your family or best friend representing you. His strongest strength is the attention he gives his clients, patiently and meticulously guiding them through the home buying process. We worked with Steve for about a year before we closed on our villa but each time we contacted him he treated us with the same enthusiasm as if we were brand new customers.
