We reiterate what others have said about Steve. In our experience it was like having a member of your family or best friend representing you. His strongest strength is the attention he gives his clients, patiently and meticulously guiding them through the home buying process. We worked with Steve for about a year before we closed on our villa but each time we contacted him he treated us with the same enthusiasm as if we were brand new customers.

We also found Steve's greatest qualities were his integrity and, more important to us, his caring. Steve is never satisfied until you are. Another unique characteristic was helping someone new to South Carolina feel comfortable with the Bluffton area. He discovers what your interests are then offers suggestions with visiting different attractions and trying local amenities. That helped us reach a comfort level with our decision to make the move as we had never lived anywhere except Connecticut before this relocation.

Communication, Communication, Communication. These are the three words most important to Steve. This was my first home purchase and thank goodness I happened across Steve Wallace. I was told about him from other Realtors and just happened to see him driving in the area where I was checking out a property.

After chatting with Steve, he went out of his way to let me into the house... even though it was not his listing. I was very impressed by his true sense of looking to help. I've been in a customer related business for over 30 years... I truly love helping people and educating them to help them make the best possible decision... This is exactly what Steve did for me! He was there every step of the process even when he did not need to be.

All my questions, and there were many, were answered directly and concisely and then Steve asked if I understood the explanation. Steve was and is a great Realtor to have at my side and I would recommend him to anybody thinking of buying a place, be it the first or last home you buy.
